SMO (Subject Matter Outline)

             This was my first time making a SMO (subject matter outline). As you can see our topic was the outer planets. I then broke them off into the 4 outer planets, and a section for dwarf planets. From that I broke off and said what number planet they were from the sun, along with a few facts about the planet. The facts include the planet's atmosphere, how many moons, the weather on the planet, what the planet is made up of, etc. The skills to be developed through these lessons are: communication, inquiry, collaboration, writing, presentation, verbal and problem solving skills. The SMO is neat to see when it is all put together and finished.
