Experience with edTPA

      My first experience with edTPA was in Dr. Gangi and Dr. Merritt's methods classes. I was only introduced in small increments. For science methods, I had to do tasks 1,2, and 3. I was able to complete the tasks with ease because of my fieldwork buddy, Amanda. Since Amanda has completed edTPA before in her social studies methods class, she was able to explain to me what I needed to do. I have to say my experience with edTPA was not as bad as I thought. Amanda and I have been working on bits and pieces over the course of the semester. Amanda and I watched Christmas movies and popped popcorn and finished a majority of our edTPA one night. Things always fly by when you have great friends by your side. I know for the spring I am going to start edTPA right after I teach the lessons so the information is fresh in my mind.
