Second Class!

The second class of science methods was probably by far the most useful class I have ever sat through. Finally someone was able to teach me about all the different aspects of google. I have always said I was born in the wrong century because I am not technologically advanced at all. I am not great at using my computer or my iPhone. I am very excited for this class to help me deepen my understanding of technology. For my DigitalMe project I chose to use google forms. I had no idea how to use it and that is exactly why I chose it! I wanted to expand my technology horizons. During class we went over how to use google drive, google docs,  google slides, and google forms. I am glad I was able to be the guinea pig of the class. I believe I learned better being able to demonstrate step by step in front of the entire class. Dr. Smirnova gave me an instruction and then I had to perform it on the main computer which the class could see. I had to make sure the whole class was on the same page because it was easy to miss a step if you weren't paying attention. I feel a lot more comfortable now using all the different aspects of google. I am also very excited to present my DigitalMe project to the class next Tuesday because I am proud of the work I did, when at first I did not know what I was doing.
